Steering Column Gauge Pod

I'm about to start putting in my gauges, and I've got this steering column pod which is black, and my steering column is tan... Would you either paint the pod tan, or paint the piece of the steering column black? Or would you just put it on and say eff it.

thanks

And turn it into a john deere truck? lol

Your best bet is to paint the pod tan. if you paint the column it is just going to scratch up when you put the pod on an look sh*tty if you ever want to take it off

it will be much easier to color match the black, but it will look better if you paint the pod to match the column

slide the pod on the column and see how it looks, it may not look horrible if left black. If you unsuccessfully try to color match than it def will look horrible. play it safe.
