I'm also building another mini-me. I just finished cleaning everything today and started reworking the bottom end for better oiling. It's another A6/Y8 with PM7 (ZC) pistons and ARP stuff everywhere. I'm shooting for 160whp minimum. It will be at 12.6:1 compression, and my friend is making 160 on his with only 12.25:1, so I'm pretty sure I won't have a problem getting there. The head will be ported and running Crower Ti valvetrain and stage 3 cam.
I also have a Fastline Performance road racing shifter on order, should be here in early April.
