Hell yeah. There you go brew, he posted all his settings. Now you can learn a bit. I'm going to be reading that stuff for a WHILE.

That's a lot of work but it seems to be a massively flexible program. There are a few other guys on here that do their own tuning as well. Glad to see that happening on domestic platforms.

The SNAKE has slithered back into it's home nest finally. I need to take some shots of the new (from the mufflers back) full 3" Stainless exhaust snaking over the axle now with 1/2" to spare, with the under the axle roll control cleared by a mile, un-F-ing believable, better than I had even hoped for. I had the Hi-Flo Cats hollowed out this time round (who am I kidding, it's OR now) but I left them on for visual inspection. Combined with the slightly shorter straight thru Turbo mufflers I had to switch to, the sound is hands down nasty, even scarier than before. I may start to get pulled over riding slow, Christ, it sounds like cutouts when you rap it, just sick. If you want sewer pipes that are invisible except from below, well bolt-on sets are not the ticket, you need them made, yeah Frank at F&R did another great job with that tig welder of his.

I trailed it home to finish it up the track prep and tune it. The new 8an braided line, BAP, upgraded FP wiring is supplying fuel like no tomorrow to the 60lbers, but combined with a bigger MAF means I have re-do the trims all over again and unlike the minor tweaks for closed loop (non WOT) needed for the stock setup, It is probably WAY off and I will have to do it several times to get the street driveability back, no biggie. It really wants to go but is hunting an idle pretty bad with the best guess tune I loaded to move it around with the swapped parts but it is real Fat until it heats up.

See you guys at the track, and in the other threads, especially the movie forum, that will be where you can find me from now on. Thanks for the feedback.

Nice! I'd love to hear it. Start posting some vids, dammit!!

Interesting solution I found for quieting it down when going past The Man.
Get a pair of quicktime solenoid actuated valves like these.

However, mount them IN LINE with the exhaust instead of as an auxuliary dump. Drill a couple holes into each plate, on the side of the butterfly that sits flush against the lip when closed, so exhaust pressure keeps it closed shut. At lower speeds and engine RPM's, you'll end up creating an extra chamber in your exhaust that'll quiet things down significantly, especially if police are about to get nearby. Even if you rev the motor, it'll still be quiet

You can always flick the switch and open the butterflies fully for your normal straight-through piping. This setup was what i'd been planning to use on my car until I ended up buying an active silencer for the sewer pipe tip.
