some of us used to go Ice skating last winter. It was good exercise. Im bout to start doin that again.

I started lifting again finally, and i'm starting to go back down in weight, after my initial spike from the creatine.

My back kills and BOTH of my knees hurt. I cant take any more surgery on my right knee either.

i've been smoking like a chimney the past 2 years so i gotta do cardio just to make sure i get up a flight of stairs haha but after about a week cardio gets easy guys, just try to start it up and stick with it. You'll add energy and stamina and just feel all around better about yourself
