remember though everybody reacts differently to changes in their diet, gym routine etc.......what might work for you wouldn't work for me. So keep trying new things and change up your routine constantly. Keeps it interesting and it will keep you from hitting that platuea of progress
i started doing the rocky work out at night... or atleast modified versions of it... been doing it for about a month now and lost around 5 pounds... ive been avoiding cardio because its "winter" but im about to just through on some leg warmers and bust my biciyle out and start riding again...
