Any easy workout plans?

Any easy workout plans I can do for like a 1/2 hour once a day to get a few pounds off before me and my girls wedding in July

A good quick workout would be to start with this:

10 jumping-jacks
10 wide push ups
10 regular crunches

then do

10 jumping jacks where you cross your feet in the middle
10 diamond pushups
10 "carry-the-ball" sit ups

then do

10 front-to-back jumping jacks
10 military push ups
10 "jane fondas" where you do a sit up with your legs crossed in the air

Then increase those numbers as you get better. Thats a small part of the workout I do 2-3 times a week in addition to my lifting. Hope this helps!

Don't eat after 7 and replace all simple sugars with water, coffee, or tea.

Increase your cardio.

Get in a routine when it comes to going to the gym and it becomes so much easier. F'ing work kills me and my routine.

Thats a common misconception regarding eating. You can eat up to as late as you want. When food enters your body, it jumpstarts it and will metabolize the food. Portion control is a very effective means of losing weight.

Water and Teas are great for your body to eliminate things. Caffeine isn't very good for it Oh and stay away from high sodium foods as they will cause your body to retain water.

No misconception. It's just a rule so you don't snack. I can see how it can be taken. Just bad to get hungry late and grab some sort of simple sugar or fattening food.

First of all, always eat breakfast. Even if its just a couple pieces of toast. You need to jump start your metabolism within the first hour of waking up. Otherwise your body will start going into "famine" mode and will start breaking down what is already in your body and whatever you eat for the rest of the day will just sit on you and not really metabolize.

As for an "easy" work out routine...no such thing
you wanna lose weight and get into shape then you have to work at it.
If you want the best way to lose weight within a half hour..run..hard
Portion control on the food is definitely one of the best ways to start dropping pounds.
if you could make it an hour you could spend 3 times/wk at the gym then focus on toning your body and tightening every
