Supplements?

Back in October, I started taking the CreaDrive from GNC, along with two GNC MegaMen Multi-Vitamins. So far, I believe my results have been very good with the Creatine. Some of the biggest benefits IMO are the muscle repair benefits and the increased metabolism.

Are any of you guys taking any supplements?

Just drink a lot of water with that, it can be hard on your kidneys. I take aminos and protein.

I was never into that suppliment shit. I tried in college. I am lifting more than ever and I don't take any of that shit.

Yea.. I use skim milk, a banana, and two scoops and blend the shit out of it. You get used to it. I drink milk with ice so it dilutes it so the its not as thick for me.

I never thought to blend it and add a banana! That's a great idea! I'm going to buy a blender tomorrow.

mike i got a few things for ya...

when i was on active duty in the marines i took 1-AD for a month cycle then switch to 6-OXO for a month, it sounds like your trying to put on a lil size and thats prolly the best way to go it worked good for me but like any supplement once you stop workin out as much it turns to fat just like any protien or creatine substance you take now, however you dont need to drink as much water as if you were taking creatine, also i dont know if you do cardio also but if you do take a 1 or 2 bayer aspirin before your cardio workout, helps thin blood and helps with recovery time...just a few things i learned in 4 years of military training

Bayer before cardio eh? I never thought about that. I may try to take one before my martial arts class tomorrow night, and see if it helps out

blender is where its at just use a lot of ice too avoid it from getting too fluffy and thick from mixing. theres tons of good recipes on line bananas and peanut butter are always good. sometimes you should use and extra scoop of whatever your taking however because you dont always get it all in your glass.
