mike i got a few things for ya...
when i was on active duty in the marines i took 1-AD for a month cycle then switch to 6-OXO for a month, it sounds like your trying to put on a lil size and thats prolly the best way to go it worked good for me but like any supplement once you stop workin out as much it turns to fat just like any protien or creatine substance you take now, however you dont need to drink as much water as if you were taking creatine, also i dont know if you do cardio also but if you do take a 1 or 2 bayer aspirin before your cardio workout, helps thin blood and helps with recovery time...just a few things i learned in 4 years of military training
