Mine is:

Wednesday: Legs/Abs (cardio if I feel like I'm gonna pass out from doing legs)
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms

why would you do arms on tues and do triceps on sat... if i do arms i do all of the arm for one day and then move onto the midsection/back/chest on the other

a lot of people will seperate the arms into two days. Usually doing back/biceps and chest/triceps.

when you do back, your biceps get used heavily so a lot of people add in a full biceps routine and get both done at the same time. Same thing with chest/triceps.

It makes complete sense.

yeah my opinion on the muscle groups is that Doing chest work exercises the triceps also, so I'll just group those together. Then I add back, which works the lats and the biceps, so on that day I get a good work out. On the other day, I'll work Biceps and Shoulders because doing shoulder work excercises the pecs as well. It helps me to get more overall work.

Couple that lifting with the cardio and flexibility training from the martial arts, and I get a pretty sick weekly workout.

I can't seem lose the weight though haha. I think I'm just gaining too much muscle still. I'm stuck around 218-220
