Where do you find out about music
I was just wondering where people find out about new music. and if your response is radio, get better taste in music.
 for me, purevolume and online forums, and myspace if it is actually working.

I hate the radio here. They always play the same 3 songs.
I usually get mine from the intraweb, different forums, friends etc.

yes they don't play it b/c no one reqests is cause all the real punk rock/screamo/emo/hardcore fans don't listen to the radio.. so it leaves the actually music the people who have a set of balls request all the time on.. i call almost every night coming home from work for 103.1 to play some hoobstank/30 seconds/rise aginst/bullet/used/linkin park.. it all depend son what i feel like that night.. it's pretty easy if you request a song so many times during a week they start to play it a lot more..

yeah i call them every day too, i dont listen to many bands that arent on the radio, from zero is the only band i can think of that i really like that isnt on the radio, although they may have been at some point
