All 4 passengers who were said to have "serious" injuries have since been pronounced dead  The Lancer/Evolution is the most unsafe car according to the IIHS and barely passed US crash tests. *Note, you can't even get an Evo in Canada because it failed their crash test.

That's like asking why they don't do ANY warranty work to the Evo. It's just Mitsubishi these days.

well i know they have had a problem with side impact for a few years like the test for the 04 evo shows a 2 star rating...but from the picture i dont care what your driving if you have a head on collision most likely they were speeding then your car is gunna get totalled

Well from the looks of the pictures, I would say if your going that fast in any car, something and/or someone is bound to get messed up.
