Pan's Labyrinth

This film had some very cool CG (wish there was more) and although it was very dark, I really liked the storyline - I love all that fantasy crap. It was just a bit frustrating to try to read the subtitles and watch what's going on at the same time (the film's in Spanish). It was also VERY graphic and violent. Kinda like the Saw movies, but in small doses. There were several parts where I had to look away from the screen. Although all the violence and deaths made it pretty sad overall, I enjoyed this one and would recommend it.

9 out of 10.

For those who've seen it - it REALLY bugs me when characters can't follow explicit instructions. No sympathy.
