it's ok justin we make our sales people dig out the cars too... me and eric laugh at them from our nice warm parts department.. then when were done laughing we go get hot chocolate and drink it in front of them while they are still outside... yes we are huge ass holes

It's not like they sell cars anyway. We had FIVE, count 'em FIVE customers at the counter, asking to speak to salespeople. One even said outright, I came here to buy a car today.

Where are all our salespeople? Digging out cars. What did they say when we called? "Can't spare anyone right now. we're digging out the cars from the lot."

You bring customers to their DESK with cash in hand, they STILL can't sell a fucking car to save their lives.
