Got the 360 back today....

well after it took its time getting here, ups dropped off my xbox from being repaired. so i wanted to try it out and see how it went, and still does the same thing.. and its worse now. now with it freezing up saying to clean or repair the disk it also loses the voices. when someone talks it goes silent, and where the text comes across it closes outta it fast.

so i called up this time saying i want to talk to a manager, and told him everything, was on the phone for 40 mins...

well i had to give him the serial number, and for some reason it wouldnt register. so he said he has to tell his supervisor, and that his supervisor will have to call me back (yea right) he also said that he will throw in a free game for the trouble, and he said i could choose between, Kameo or PGR3 (yea acourse old games)

so now i gotta wait for a call that can take up to 5 buisness days for there mistake...

im thinking that if i dont hear from them by tomorrow after work, that i should call and complain that i gotta wait even more now, what would u guys think? and the more i thouht about it after i got off the phone, its kinda an insult to offer me a game that came out when the system did.

So what do u guys think?

I learned quickly through Cingular that you HAVE to complain or else you're never gonna get what you want. See my new thread I'll be making in about 3min about that.

im pissed. in the last two days my xbox has been freezing like crazy for no reason. it seems like a video card freeze too. which im pissed cause i bought an intercooler right off the bat so i wouldnt have to deal with this shit.

i hoped you knocked on wood after saying that.. my neighbors was running good and he was all ways saying how he was a lucky one and got a good one... well to make a long story short we went out and got gears of war the day it came out.. put it in and got the three red lights of death... needless to say we called up 1-800-4my-xbox and they said yea well ship you a box in about a 5 buisness days.. well 2 and half weeks later we call them up and they are like oh.. we lost your profile... so then it was another 5 days.. then it took forever to fix and get back.. 2 months later he had his xbox...

i got mine for xmas... it has only froze once.. but seems to be running fine... i just hate how loud it is... opposed to the original and the damn size of the power cord

mine has been fine, i play at least 6 hours every day, if it breaks, ill kill someone

6 hours a day on a video game............ Hearing all these horror stories about the 360 makes me glad I didnt plunk down the $ for one.

i only got it to keep my busy in the winter cause i hate being outside in the cold, and since i got it i havnt played it much either (the 1st month i got it, the game they sold me was messed up and took forever to get a new one)

recived my 3rd one this week... brand new one and dosnt work... went out and traded the game i have at wallmart for a brand new one and still freezes and say disk is scratched or dirty... took off the Hardrive and tried it at a buds house and worked fine on his... so i give up

my friends 6th x-box was shipped out this week from microsoft... not worth it anymore
