get a data tranfer cable for your phone and download a program called bitpim and ur can transfer all the shit you want... google search it
hrmm I tried all kinds of prgorams to add songs tones etc to my razr but none would work correctly without reflashing the firmware on my phone. never tried bitpim I am dling it now and giving it a shot would be nice to save $ on ringtones.

Yes there's a thread on that when they filed the law suit in computers, somewhere.
It's really subjective when it comes to the best provider I think. That being said I prefer a GSM carrier (TMo, Cingular); no contracts, no third-party software from the provider, and you can use any GSM phone out there.
