Yea, its insane. Also, it was apparently two different incidents too. There was a shooting earlier in the morning and then another one shortly after. They don't know yet if its the same shooter.

yup. I guess they put the campus on lockdown after the first shooting then they temporarily removed the lockdown.....then the second incident happened. I'd hate to be the person that made that call.
