Anybody know of any places for rent?

Looking for a small location/garage, with electricity, and no noise limitations in the albany area, to rent out and do work out of.

Let me know if know somebody or know something avaliable, prefered closer to schenectady, but anywhere around Niskayuna in general is good, colonie etc.

My apartment complex rents single bays to non residents. They have electricity, however I dont know about noise issues. My roomate and I have never had an issue with the neighbors working on our cars, but we are never out late at night or that noisy (just a radio and the cutout of my car open) I am in the Woodlands in Latham.
