Income Tax a fraud?!? - Subaru Legacy Forums
I thought this was pretty interesting. Short version: "Tax Lawyer doesn't file for income tax for 5 years. IRS sues him, he proves that there is no law on the books that the IRS can tax his wages that he earns from working. the income tax law only applies to profit earned. and he proved that the 8 hours you worked for your wage/income isn't profit since you provided a service in exchange for money." The case was later dropped and he was found not guilty.
