i dont understand people wearing pants that low either.. but its osund to me that showing any part of your underwear is gonna be illegal.. i have a problem there because i'm like in between waist sizes 33 is just a bit tight and 34 is just a bit loose.. i guess its gonna suck to be me if this law comes to NC

ha ha i thought i was the only one with that problem. im like a size 35, but even with a belt my hang a little low.
