last week he had a chance to win the game and overthrew his reciever that was wide open and by wide open i mean there was no one in the same zip code and he wasnt under any pressure...to be honest he is barely an average QB in the nfl today in my opinion

p.s. if he's that good....then why was he a free agent?

Jacksonville didn't want to pay him and they felt they could win with Gerrard and he saved them a ton of cap room. Again, what are you basing your claim on? One pass? Did you not watch him his first 3 years in the league? You can't just look at one game, or one pass...you have to look at the players entire body of work. Emmitt Smith was no good his last year in Arizona. Does that mean he was poor his whole career? Again, some of the arguments on here are staggering.

leftwich has a strong arm and dunn is a decent runningback, but the giants D should be able to shut them down. atlanta is the most dysfunctional team in the league by far. they have zero as far as quality receivers. and if the giants keep the ball in front of them and dont allow the 1 or 2 big plays they have a VERY good shot at winning come monday night. id predict that if the giants play like they did against philly then they should go into their bye week 6-2

Travis...last time I checked Joe Horn is still pretty damn good and their TE Alge Crumpler has some of the best hands in the league at his position. Dunn/Norwood is a VERY fast backfield, and their FB Muliltalu is a beast. I think a lot of people are sleeping on ATL cause of the Vick thing. They have a good team and have lost some very close games. They aren't getting blown out, they're very competitive every week (week 1 aside).

im just looking at this objectively... im a cincinnati fan through and through. have been since 87', but i just dont see atlanta having enough talent to get it done against big blue. home game or not.
