They really weren't that bad against Minnesota. The 2 int's weren't Harringtons fault, and the defense only gave up the 1 big play to Peterson. They're going to be competitive this season if their WR's can hold onto the ball. They have a great run blocking line, and Dunn still has pleanty of miles left in him. Plus Norwood is a very talented guy also, and their FB is a beast.

I'm very surprised to have msnbc has the falcons listed dead last on the power rankings. But the fact that the eagles are still in the top 10 after their shitting performance against the packers really takes away from it's credibility.

Buffalo is going to surprise a lot of people this year. They have a pretty solid team. Don't be surprised to see them go 7-9/8-8. A lot of people are saying they'll only win 3-5 games. The Browns/Raiders are definitely the worst teams in football.

Its not that good, by surprise team you mean what? theyll win 8 games? 10 games? Theres offense is very good, retarded no way. I can think of quite a few offenses that are better than the Lions.

Quite a few? Don't exaggerate Lions have a top 10 offense easy. And could easily win 8-10 games which WOULD be a huge surprise considering they haven't won that many over the past 3 seasons combined.

Patriots - Yes
Chargers - Yes
Bengals - Yes
Colts - Yes
Rams - No
Seahawks - No
Rams (which you typed TWICE) - Orlando Pace is out for the season. They have no 3rd option aside from Bruce/Holt at WR/TE. Stephen Jackson was questionable at best in their home opener, fumbling twice.
Seahawks - You made fun of the Raiders WR's, yet Seattle has ZERO WR's worth mentioning on their roster. Their TE who is a problem child is their biggest threat to catch the ball. Their best lineman is old and battling injuries, and Alexander was beaten up last year and was very unproductive. And Matt Hasselbeck...are you kidding me? He rode Alexander to that Super Bowl. He's the classic choke artist who throws for yardage and int's but no TD's. They BARELY put 20 pts up against a Tampa Bay defense that's but a shadow of its former self.

Dude what are you talking about? Stephen Jackson is one of the best backs in the league and led the league in total yards last year. They have Holt Bruce Bennett and Mcmichael. They have better QB, WR, TE, RB than the Lions, stop being foolish. Theres more to an offnse than a WR, The seahawks have agood QB, a Great RB, and solid WRs. They have a better offense than the Lions no doubt. The Giants also have a better offense but they are my team and I know you will knock it but I dont care. Burress, Toomer, Smith are just as good as the Lions recievers, and Shockey and Eli are much better than Kitna and Campbell or whoever there starting at TE now.

Stephen Jackson is NOT that good. He had one big season and you want to give him one of the best in the league already? Every back in Denver has a big season, are they the best? McMichael has been overrated for years (hence why Miami finally dumped him) as far as a receiving tight end and can't block to save his life. Without Pace, who's going to block Bulgers blind side? He's been the corner stone in their line. Please, PLEASE tell me who these "solid" WR's are that you're talking about on the Seahawks! Deion Branch? Who's he without Tom Brady? He is a good route runner with good hands, but is super small and doesn't have great speed. Bobby Engram has always had good hands, but again is not and should not be a #2 receiver on ANY team. NEspecially one with an "elite" offense. Obomanu? Kent? Taylor? I don't even know who they are but they're on their depth chart. Hackett is below average. Nate Burelson is a good speed guy, but fits the Seattle MO of having NO hands. No team had more dropped passes in the league than Seattle last year. How's that for confidence for big bald Matt? Marcus Pollard can barely walk...even Detroit didn't want him anymore Mack Strong is a great FB, I'll give him that. Fantastic blocker. Alexander has had a good career, but he's on the decline and I don't think Hasselbeck will be able to beat defenses when they stack up against the run this year. I.E. Tampa Bay in wk 1 which has a bad defense and still held Seattles offense in check.
