I think every GIANTS fan here admit that they suck it up so far this year, but none of them will let you compare them to the Raiders. YOU need to accept it, not us GIANTS fans.

I can admit that the Raiders were terrible last year, but that was last year. The one major thing they lacked is a decent QB. Well they have a few this year so I think that they should be able to have a decent season.
We will see what happens this year and then people can talk trash.

Yup, pretty much. Ever since they lost their good QB, which is what I said they have needed. Gannon really knew how to run their offense, if they still had Gannon and the running game that they have now, I think they would be a real tough team to beat.

I agree that the 2003 offense was probably the best they have had in a long time, if not ever, but Porter and Curry don't get enough credit. (They haven't had anyone decent to get the ball to them so its hard to show how good you are)
All I have to say is that last year the Raiders had Moss and they couldn't even get him the ball, Moss is going to have an unbelievable season this year with the Pats.

Well the Raiders finally picked up a much needed win. They should be able to beat Miami next week too.
What I thought was kinda funny was that the fans showed their hate for McCown as I have. When he got sacked in the first quarter, everyone boo'ed and when Culpepper replaced him, everyone cheered.
They are still not sure who they will start next week, but with McCown's downward spiral, it would seem to be an easy choice next week. (Especially with McCown's injury)

I hate when fans boo like that. The Jet fans were cheering when Pennington got hurt in week 1, its rediculous
Yeah the Raiders won, I dont like that time out thinkg the coaches are doing, i think its lame, one of these days you know that someone is going to do that and there going to miss, then make the retrylol

I agree with you, the only reason the Raiders did that is because the same exact thing happened to them last week where Janikowski made is first attempt but they called that timeout. Then he missed, so they ended up losing.

All I gotta say is I told ya so with Culpepper! 2 TD passes and 3 rushing TD's. They ran ALL over Miami, it was pretty pathetic.

Go Raiders lol, can they beat a real team before we go crazy, Culpepper did look pretty damn good. I guess he showed Miami they should have kept him lol

Yea, I agree that the two teams that they have beat so far, haven't been the best, but if you have watched the games so far this year, they have been in all 4 games. (Plus they have the same record as the Giants) One they lost because of that field goal that they missed after denver called the timeout and the game against the Lions, they were ahead late in the game and then blew it. All that aside, the Raiders have the toughest schedule in the league this year. (Based on last years standings)
On one of Culpepper's 3 rushing TD's yesterday, he pointed to his knees and gave the "ok" symbol to the crowd. I thought it was kinda funny. The Raiders also didn't have Jordan for the whole second half, but Fargas picked up the slack and them some with 179 rushing yards (over 100 of those in the 4th quarter alone). Next week they have a bye, so it gives Jordan some time to rest up a bit and I think they will be a new team now IF the idiot head coach keeps Culpepper in there.

I told Walt, so On both Fargas and Caulpepper. The Raiders will be competitive as long as Daunte is in the starting lineup.
