New mix I just made...

Check it out. I made a few minor mistakes but they're some good tracks nonetheless...

Please Save As: http://www.mikecentola.com/music/red...runderleaf.mp3

Let me know what you think. It's about 45 mins long.

Only 11X KB/SEC DL.

Interesting type of music. I am MUCH different so it's a bit hard to "judge". Song transitions are a bit off but it sounds like you didn't try to bring it back on pitch? Decided just to ride it out? One of my problems is using the record that is more noticeable to adjust pitch to bring them back on track. As soon as I bring the other track "in front", I need to remind myself to use the other for changes.

Did you just start recording? I need 1-2 songs to warm up to get in the groove.

I totally dig that song at 10:0X too.

EDIT: Transition at 15:XX is EXCELLENT. Awesome tune too.

yeah, I needed to make a quick mix for a possible opportunity to open up for another DJ. So I just started recording. I usually just ride it out if I'm off slightly because if I mess around too much, I could lose the whole song, if it gets bad, I usually cut hard. From my experience, if its not too bad, most people don't notice at a club anyways.

I've got a track list back at the office... That song at 10:XX is a remix of Prodigy - Voodoo people. First song is a remix of Datar - B, and IIRC the pink floyd remix is Eric Prydz

Yea. I often just shut down the table and back spin it a touch for effect if I lose it that much.

No need for anything over 320 anyways and most people can't even tell a difference between 192 and 320 unless they're listening to real instruments.

Listening to the set now...
