Yeah, just saw this on digg. He's been suspended with pay and they're doing an investigation. This is pretty big in Maryland, it's been all over the news. I bet he loses his job and he'll be wearing that security outfit for the rest of his life.

he did assult the kid right?.. isn't that illeagle or is it ok to do only when you have a badge?... i don;t get how this guy still has a job being a cop with that caught on tape... the kid was skating on private property and he deserved mabey at most his board being taken.. but he didn't need to be pushed over, thrown to the ground, and then repeatable verbally abused and having this "officer" tell him his parents didn't put there foot up his ass enough..
this makes me absolutely sick to see a grown man beating on a 14 year old boy just cause he can do it

That is pretty disturbing. Even around here if you skateboard or ride a BMX bike, some cops will still fuck with you and be complete assholes. And unless they try to arrest you, they wont touch you though.

Why is it that all cops have a vendetta against skateboarders??
I dont skate, but I always see cops being stupid about people skateboarding. You would think they might have something better to worry about than some kids riding around on a piece of wood with wheels.

this is blowing up fast, i heard about it on the radio this morning. i didn't even hear that kid talkin shit?? he just kept going off on him for no apparent reason. he prob got beat up a lot as a kid

unfortunatly its not uncommon. skateboarding is one of the worse things you can do in a cops eyes. i use to deal with shit like this all the time from cops, besides the being thrown to the ground from colonie when i skateboarded. now i deal with it for modified cars, maybe i should pick better hobbies. and cops hate when you actually use your right to talk. its great fun to piss them off that way
