... now they just have to get that shit on iTunes (waiting for Fuj to chime in with a douchy anti-apple comment but tell me a better outlet to get it on my iPhone / tv / computer legally). XBMC isn't a bad way to go, I wasn't all that impressed with the video quality (something funky seemed to be going on with the frame rate / colors, it looked like "computer" video not television when my buddy brought his over) but it's nice if you already HAVE an old xbox, might as well.

I'll agree with you on the vid qual. I watch it on a 1080i TV and it isn't perfect, but I'd really like to try it with the High Definition pack.
As for Final Gear, it's gotten several mentions on Top Gear and Richard Hammond has even worn a Final Gear donated helmet on the show. If the presenters are OK with the site, so am I.
Not going to get into a rant about iTunes, but I can't agree with ANY technology, regardless as to whether it's from Apple (FairPlay), Microsoft (Windows Media DRM), Rhapsody (and other PlayForSure devices), etc. that lock consumers into a certain type of hardware, rather than promoting free (as in speech) and open source alternatives.
