eh, the only reason most people I know watch these movies are either to make fun of them, or nit pick all the mistakes. Also, how many good modern car movies are there? GI60S? Driven sucked. theres a couple shitty biker ones, Torque and Biker Boys. There was the one where eddy murphy crashed the enzo, I never saw that but I heard it was terrible.
also, despite the terrible acting and ricey ass cars, there are a few cool cars in there, as that movie just pointed out.
so moral?
lets get together and make a good car movie. we'll get technotic to sponser us, haha.

he didnt actually crash it in the movie....it was a charity race he was in when he crashed it...but it was during the filming of redline...which wasnt actually a terrible movie in my opinion.
booo, some kid probably made that and threw in some things that he thought was true. Do you really think they went to japan and filmed things illegally?

I could believe that...even though it is illegal to drift race on the streets in japan nobody stops it...i know this from personal experience when I was stationed there they had racing every weekend.
the street shots were filmed in LA.. it even tells you that in the bonus features.. the garage shots were filmed in japan cause it was cheaper to have all those cars parked for shots then import them over here just for parking lot shots.. the top of the garage was in LA as well.. and the 350 doing the drift up the spiral ramp was done by reise millen (sp?) on his first try
