no i know him cause he's black.. in all seriousness there are not a lot of black state troopers around here.. and this one is constanly around 90,787, lower end of 87, and alt rt 7, and everywhere in between

In all of my highway travels, Ive never seen him. Im usually always on 90 and lower 87, but not 787...
