Dont waste your time like hater and I did to get rid of it at a whole. parts is were its at. For 28k someone can get a street ready WRX or even an STI. BTW if you do part it out you know ill help you pawn the stuff. Sell the motor to 1320ride I heard he's in the market for one

just wondering...but wouldn't you want to part it out? I hate seeing people buying all out modded cars and calling it their own, when in reality it's the original owner's thoughts and hard work. I don't know, just my opinion. Good luck on the sale. What do you plan on getting next?

I've got to start somewhere, but to someone looking to build a competitive car, this could be a good starting point. The car only has like 30K miles on it. I'd have to get 20K minimum for it to be worth selling as a whole. Parting it out requires more time that I already do not have unfortunately, and I'll do that if I cannot sell it whole. Just puts salt in the wound when I hear people offering $4K for something easily worth $8K+....

I agree, but there are a lot of ways the car can continue. Anyone can still put their spin on it, and ideally, I would be happiest if it went to someone who was going to race it.
Not sure what will be next. I have some ideas, but its too early to say.

The baby can go in the back, right on top of the bare sheetmetal. the hum from the walbro and the straightpipe will put it to sleep.
Seriously, WTF? What's wrong with the car? Is it running or does it need tweaks? You could very easily get it drivable, put the interior back onboard and remove the bodykit. It'd probably need a civil exhaust, too
I dunno. I'm dubious about getting rid of it. You've got the core of what can be an indestructible street car. Maybe a less aggressive suspension setup would make it more enjoyable, but overall I think it could be something you could enjoy.

Unfortunately, there were no times with the new set up. Last I had it out, was like 3 years ago, and it ran a 13.100 and made 291whp. That was on the VF22. We were hoping for ~370whp and high 11s on the new set up.

1) Get rid of R6.
2) Install interior, quieter exhaust and get WRX running.
3) swap out suspension to something like an H&R coilover setup.
4) Drive the freakin' thing! It's AWD. It has room for a baby seat. It has a trunk.
And most importantly, it has PinkBits. Other than a beemer, I couldn't see another street car that could be a more exhilirating and practical daily.
