I would part it out as you're available to. I think you're off your rocker looking for that amount of money for the vehicle. Not to say its not worth it dollar wise. But its only worth what someone will pay for the car. And being that there has been nothing proven and that the vehicle isn't in perfect running order. What is that really worth to someone? The real value of the car, if it were stock with low miles and in perfect running order, is somewhere in the low teens. If you want money out of it, part it out.

yeah I understand. I'm definitely frustrated over the situation, since I would have a lot of trouble parting it out. I almost wish I could bring it to a shop and have them part it all out for a percentage or something.

I'm sure you could find a place that would be willing to work something out. I'd bet some of the sponsors of the site that have shops would consider working with you. You should check around if you can find the time.

First off w/ the whole "bike is faster, handles better, etc" bit... Anything is faster than something that's stationary like the WRX.

You're comparing apples to oranges.

If complete, the WRX would spank the bike in an autox.

If you're expecting a family soon, the WRX can be made into a semi-practical machine, whereas the bike can be made into... nothing.
