This is upstate NY. We don't even have sniffers here. All you need is a damn piggyback and some sneaky tactics to fool the inspection computer. OBD2 is actually better around here because any code reader/scanner works on our cars. Don't waste your breath on talking about OBD, you just want a car that can actually kill an M3.

for the record, im gonna get a beater, and hold off till the spring. at that point, im gonna buy a BMW E46 330ci. Im pretty much set on it, unless something nicer come along or i get an amazing deal on something before the spring.
