I know Ron...and have read this entire thread...and am still dumbfounded by some of the stuff being claimed. Next thing you know people will be making outrageous claims like they invented the question mark, and will be accusing chestnuts of being lazy.

Those who know me Know I don't fuck around on any of my builds. I have been around in the scene since its very beginning and even then I was doin unorthodox things. I was one of the first people locally to run FI on a honda... I was one first guys period to build from scratch an Itb set up for the b18B... I also went against what everyone told me and and made a CTR solid rear sway bar fit on an eg hatch after designing from scratch custom rear endlinks and sway bar brackets and a subframe brace. Now if I wanted to be a dick I would take a GM th400 sequntial shift automatic transmission modify the bell housing or spend some time and design a simple adapter plate and create a car a monkey could drift. Being automatic or manual actually means jack...Clutch kicks are used to simple upset the balance of the car and to slip the clutch for more control or to scrub speed...hmm lets see i can do that 6 billion other ways. I have been on ride alongs, i have drifted 240 years before people even knew what a 180sx was ( no it wasn't legally or on a track but tell me where there were drift events in the US in 01' and I'll gladly apologize. I used to be a member of the RIVALS were we more snobby and stuck up than the poor boys were but I never judged people instantly and saw myself as the only right person. Do that and you will never learn anything more. As for JDM overlay on dashes is the most american thing known to man peroid.... as will be the rainbow sparkle vinyl wihich I will be covering every inch of the cars exterior in...yes every inch. Fuck paint its just going to get ruined anyway. Yeah but my car is mad jdm tyte. I don't even call the damn thing a soarer. It doesn't even have a popular japanese engine. If i wanted to be mad tyte jdm I would have bought another *crackerbox* civic for $4000 and put $10000 worth of the same lips and wheels and parts everyone else has and go around hard parking in parkinglots cause thats about all the car is good at doing with a set of $1200 4 lug 16" wheels and seats that are uncomfortable and cost the same amount. I moderate on a great number of forums and nothing pisses me off more than people who join in a debate without knowing the fact just for the fact of jumping on the band wagon to be "cool". You want a good forum that is worth something you need variety not all the same single minded idiots and the people who go around smelling thier farts cause they want to be "cool" to.

First of all you're the one that came in here and commented on our lack of reading comprehension skills when in fact it's you that didn't see it's your boy who has a big mouth, sitting on his high horse, talking about being different and being here since the beginning. No one who knows anything brags about that. Second, what does it matter what anyone drives? Every car here is a POS compared to a lot of cars so you need to get off your horse too because no one cares that you street race. And btw, I used to be at the NYIRP at least once a week for quite a few seasons so don't tell me about not racing. The fact is you and your boy are bragging about shit you can't even do so keep your mouths shut cause neither one of you have been in 'it' from the beginning unless you were at Indy in 1905. And for christs sake, change your ghey ass title cause you're not fooling anyone but yourself.

When I was 16 and I purchased a 1986 honda civic Si hatchback and was looking for CF-48's and had actual lowering springs for it. That was 9 years ago. Around here Sports compact was just starting then.
