The new ride...

Well, its the wife's new ride. We just picked up a 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT Sport. We got a pretty good deal on it and my wife really likes it. It is awesome on gas too, or at least according to the sticker. (26 in the city and 30 on the highway) One of the nice things is that it has a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty.

It has some neat little features like the chill zone storage in the glove compartment, lighted cup holders, aux for mp3 player built right in to the radio and a few other things. We got the 2.0L with the CVT in it. The CVT takes a little getting used to, but its not too bad.

Here is one pic for now until we can get some better pics.

Yea, so far its a pretty nice car. Its actually quite roomy too. Much bigger on the inside than it looks.

I think the dome light in these doubles as a flashlight, I think you can remove it. Unless it's an option or a completely different vehicle.

watch out for that cvt.. we had them in our vues and in our ions for a few years.. the vues come back every 30k for a new tranny cause they blow and the ions seem to be ok unless yuo try pulling any type of load with it... just be carful with it thats all

but besides that congrats on the pick up... erin (dodge girl) has one and them seem pretty cool

Nope you are correct. We saw that in the manual but haven't tried it yet. I am not too worried about the CVT because we have a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, so if it gives me problems, it goes right to the dealer.

So now someone just has to buy her Cabrio.

If you have it in January I will buy it, My girl wants to get a new car when we get out taxes back, I doubt youll have it that long though
