So the head I supplied to the machine shop back in September? still hasn't been disassembled yet. Apprently is warped and he cant get the rocker shafts out. I am taking apart the head that was in the car and has the bent valves to see if I can replace the valve guides myself and supply the head to the machine shop to speed things up.

Rocker shafts are out. Just need to get a hold of a valve spring compressor or find an alternative method of compressing the springs to remove the caps.

The "new" cluster - higher redline tach...

The "e" intake mani is on the left. It has longer skinnier runners and smaller ports.

The "i" intake mani is now on the left.

The "i" TB is on the top. It is so much bigger the "e" TB fits inside of it

Fuel rails. Dont remember which is which. I took these when it was still sunny and warm out

The 173 motronic 1.3 cpu with some off brand chip hidden insdide.

Hot! Stick an E36 M50 or S50 in there. I happen to know of both for sale locally...like in my garage.

Poor thing is a mess. Doesn't look like it was very well maintained.
