Thumbs up ERodTechRides/Knight Time Autoworks Custom Chopper

Wanted to share pics of the bike that Adam and Pete just finished at Knight Time Autoworks/ERodTech Rides for a customer. The bike will be displayed on 1/19 at the Javits Center. Built from start to finish, all custom in house. Pretty impressive. Rear seat and pegs operate mechanically on a motor that reveals them via remote. Pretty cool stuff.

Posted link instead of pics...pics would've taken forever.

How close is that to the American Chopper Jets bike? I know they did one a long time ago. Looks good though.

It's radically different. If you do a search for the OCC Jets bike you can easily look at the 2 and see they're nothing alike. The OCC Jets bike (I believe) was built off of their T-Rex platform.

Ahh ok gotcha, yea I didn't do a search or anything, I just remember they did one and haven't seen it in a while to compare.

this bike is a peaice of art.. me and burnz saw this bike in person when it was still be fabricated and was unpainted.. the metal work done to make the frame look like that is amazing and for guys who don't build bikes they really took their time and made every part of the bike well thought out/ functional/ smooth looking.

the guy who this bike is built for saw the one OCC did and didn't like how they basicly made a bike out of off the shelf parts.. so he wanted a bike for a true fan that was really a custom bike

this bike is amazing!!!

Shit i didn't even see this post here before, Thanks for the props J!

Yea we built this bike for a local customer of ours. We built him a car before('70 Opel GT) and he brought this idea to us. Didn't want to pay ~$90K for an OCC kit bike when he could get something totally unique. As most say who see it, this bike kicks the living $%@#$%^@ out of the OCC version Quick rundown on it.....

About $180 grand total cost(~$40K our end $140K customer end), EVERYTHING on the bike except the front fork/tires was either designed/fabricated, or extensively modified for this bike by us. From one-off actuators, to the wheels, to the complete digital EFI-Chassis harness hidden inside the frame. Took us about 11 months of R&D and labor to build this to what you can see now.

Motor is an S&S 124" TC-A. I machined and built it up to have 12.5:1 CR with 640G cams.....~170hp on 93 pump(~135 motor/35 shot), one off intake manifold with integral nitrous injection molded into it, 300 series rear, Legend-Air airride rear susp, hidden actuated rider pegs and electronic sliding tonneu cover for second rider. All xenon driving/LED signal lighting built in-house. Paint in-house(custom mixed PPG Vibrance). Equal length underseat-to-outer baffled canister exhaust made from 321 stainless and ceramic coated.

We have a feature article coming up in V-Twin magazine at some point(photographed by Dino Petrocelli a few months ago). We've gone to quite a few shows in the past few months and have taken a compliment of best of shows and 1st place in class wins, including this past Friday during Americade(1st Place Exhibition Class). We were disqualified from the Best of Show class because our bike didn't have a DOT legal exhaust or turn signals on it

We "own" the bike for the next year or so taking it to shows around the country. Check out the website for the events we will be attending for those who wish to see it in person If you're in the area and would like to see the bike, or just stop by the shop, please call us first.

Thanks for the feedback!

Yea that short guy in the back behind the headlight is Pete Knight...I wasn't at that show unfortunately. It was a spur of the moment decision that he even went...
