Good resource for carb tuning?
My roomate bought a jet kit and exhaust and K&N for his 98 FZR 600 and is having a hell of a time tuning it. He can get it to run well throughout the rev band and throttle position except at 7-9k at half throttle it feels like it is just chugging along (falls on its face) but if you go WOT at 7-9k it picks right up to where it should be... any ideas, or any sites you think for tuning this out? Any local places that would be competant to work on this thing... he has been tuning it for a month!
