I'll run your bike over!

I've wanted to paint my bike white since even before I got it. Pearl white to be exact.

No flat white, it will look like unpainted fibreglass. Unpainted body kits is teh ghey. Not to mention it will get dirty mad quick and is a pain to keep clean due to the texture.

I will be eternally jealous of you if you paint it white. That is, until I get my own white bike.

Maaaaaybe you should paint it white, then sell it to me in the spring?...

I dont know shit about "flat" colors, so could be way off. I imagined the texture of "flat" colors to be that of an old car with faded, non-clearcoated paint. I can't imagine it being THAT much harder to keep clean.

that's true, he wore a white dress at his wedding. Audi pearl white from the older audi's is one of the best white looking whites I've seen.

A pearl white or metallic dark red with bronze rims would look very nice and classy.

Yeah cool, then you can put Backwards Subaru decals on it and only ride it once a year

I'm pretty sure flat colors still have clearcoat. There are special flat paint additives IIRC.. However, I am afraid of it just looking like unpainted race bodywork.
