Coolant Flush?

How hard is it to do the coolant flush? I've got some engine ICE that I would like to put in. STT says that the engine ice is legal for use at the track days they offer

I would assume its the same as flushing for a car, no?

yes...same process basically, I just bought two gallons of distilled water, emptied the old coolant and ran the water through, then refilled with the Engine ICE, remember the coolant travels a total of like 3 feet in a bike not a like a car/truck...I'm actually using the Engine ICE in my GSXR now and its a noticeable difference in temperature at operating speeds.
