Question 2008 Ninja 250R

Since I'll be in the market for my first bike this summer, I'm leaning towards the new Ninja.

I was originally looking at used CBR F2's (Honda girl for life), but they run about $4,000 - 6,000 whereas a brand new Ninja is only $3,500. Another plus is that the 2008 model is not nearly as hideous as the older Ninjas. And obviously a 250 would be plenty small enough for my first bike (especially since I only weigh 125 lbs., so the smaller, the better).

So what do you guys think of these bikes for a first bike? And does anyone know if they offer 0% financing, or something like that...

Thanks!

I have heard good things about them for starter bikes. Also since you are so small I think it would last you a couple of years at least.

yeah I think the new 250's would be a good bike for you to start on Most bike manufactueres only offer things like 90 days same as cash. I rarely see a good financing deal.

Yea, those 250's should be perfect for you to start on. Plus, you will get like 70 mpg.

EDIT: Haha, I just checked out the specs on Kawasaki's website and the 250's have a whopping 16 ft-lbs of torque!
