Didn't find out about this until yesterday and I'm glad I did (album came out in November). It's Mike Shinoda's side project (Linkin Park), completely produced and remixed by him. If you're into hip-hop and looking for some fresh material taken in a new direction, check this album out. He takes some new approaches that artists haven't done before and being also experimental, there's some DOPE beats on here, I love his creativity. Black Thought (The Roots), Common, and John Legend are just a few pioneers he works with. Overall it's got a small reminiscent feel from Meteora but with harder hip-hop beats.
There's a cool bit about the 'making of' on the DVD if you buy the 2 disc set while the CD itself comes with the video for "Petrified" along with a 'making of.'
i like a few of the tracks on there, def. some good hip-hop

Yup, heard about that a LONG time ago. I was awaiting it for a long time to see what it sounded like since I like Linkin Park a lot. It isn't too bad, but not what I expected.
i got this album a week before it came out.. won it off a radio station... awesome album.. hope he does another one.. and Holly Brook Has a wicked good voice
Just because of the rash of Shit-Hop that's been coming out (Yung Joc, Jibbs and others) I think that this album was a breath of fresh air.
Besides that, the album is incredible. I downloaded it early, and still went to the store to buy a legal copy, because if Mike Shinoda is going to put out music like this, then he deserves my money.
Sorry guys, hope you enjoyed my mini rant/rave.
