Nah I mean I guess it depends on which Marshall you have.. mine wasn't a tube, it was a Valvestate (I think thats what they call it) and it just didn't compare to the sound of the Mesa. I'll have to find out exactly which one he has.

It's a perfect size. He's played out at clubs with it in his old band and it's more than enough. I'm pretty sure it has 2 12's in it.
