piston notching

wtf, are there no good forums for tech or is it just me?

Anyway, I'm ooking for info on piston notchers. I assume I need ones that are the size of my valve head? Probably wont find any in metric but w/e. Anyone know where I can find 37 and 43 mm piston notchers or if anyone has some I can borrow?

BoxerSix is on a distinguished road

What motor? These are not always available for every type of motor/head combination which often leads to having the pistons custom flycut on a mill. Typically a v8 type thing. I never use the "in head" style cutters myself and always flycut when needed, but even that's limited to extreme hybrids or motors running big valves with big lift - duration cams.
