Labors/painters...rehab needed

I have two homes in nice neighborhoods (Clifton Park and Colonie) that need all kindas of work. From rip-out to painting, carpeting, bathroom work, cou nter replacement etc...
If interested please PM me. Not necessarily looking for skilled labor.. can learn some along the way... just be honest, and be there. Must be self starter as you m ay be working alone or with a friend you bring. Obviously some experience is needed. I probably have from 10 to hundreds of hours of work available. Generally pay about $10 per hour but can pay more if skilled at certain tasks.

I know my brother may be interested, but he'd need a bit more than $10/hr. He had his own business doing interior design and remodeling down in FL but he just moved back up here.

I do this alot.. right now I have a large 2 family in CP which will be for rent after completion, and a small footprint 5 bedroom in Colonie Village which wilol be sold once complete.

Yes, I need electrical, but basic stuff, like simple outlet changes/ GFCI's.. I wouldnt mind ditching the Federal Pacific stuff.. but for the moment, just basic work.

I have had one reply for some part time stuff....and will try that.. but could use another. Homes are vacant and can be worked on anytime, day or night .. but n ight is hard at times if supllies become necessary.

MAFDARK... you know me.. you borrowed my welder... dif name here though. I should have work when you get home. This is a great way for someone to learn.

Could also use som eone to swap the boilers...have them.. so just know how and soldering needed. I can teach if needed, but prefer somone who will offer a good deal on easy install.
