Crap Weather

I sure wish it didn't snow in mid April, causing my flight to get delayed and me to miss my connection to Orlando. So I got the first flight tommorow morning, hopefully i'll be in Fl this time tommorow soaking up the sun.

Oh, and anyone can use this thread to rant about how this weather sucks sweaty yak nuts.

The lady at the ticket counter was shocked I wasn't a raging lunatic when she told me I would miss my connection. I told her "what can you do" and she was like wow, this guy's not going to bite my f'n head off. She first offered me an 11:00 out of Alb, but when she realized I' wasn't an a-hole, she hooked me up with a 7:25.

And now I keep getting phone calls from orbitz about the flights I'm not going to be taking every 20 minutes. It's starting to piss me off.

Probably a this freak named Laura, you should see if you can get her digit's. She likes to wear these little short skirt things that all the rest of the guys at the terminal drool over. But it could also be a couple other people so I won't make no promises. You should have no problem getting you're stuff, you're well numbered. I can't stand when people don't like to put numbers or their name in the house or box, but that's a whole nother rant for a whole nother thread and day.

The roads definately suck.
I counted 8 cars in ditches on the Northway and Thruway coming home from work in Clifton Park after 4 today.

Tonight some dumb bitch in a minivan lost control and spun out passing my brother on 890 and caused him to hit the cement guardrail and possibly her van and she ended up thru the fence in the ditch. I was following him and he was a little ahead of me so I didnt see it happen but I saw his truck and stopped.
His truck ('05 Ram 2500 4x4) is pretty messed up. The left front and left rear are pretty bent and the right fender is into the door and theres probably frame and suspension damage as well. His hand might be broken but otherwise him and his fiancee are ok.

Totally the bitch in the minivan's fault although she tried to say it wasnt. The trooper didnt seem to believe her story though.

The trooper was telling my brother how stupid the lady was.

Hopefully he's not hurt. Sheesh.

I pretty much gave up hope for doing any errands today and just stayed in and worked on my final project for the semester. Can't drive anywhere with 3 inches of solid slush on the ground. Fucking weather went from rain, to sleet, to snow, to hail, to rain. Now it's raining hard at 34 degrees. Another hour or two, it's going to be snowing hard and freezing all the standing water on everything.

Just what I wanted. Ice, snow, Ice and snow. It's like a birthday cake, except it's not birthday, nor cake.
