CNY Subie Autoshow/Meet - 7/22
CNY Subies/NASIOC tri-state are holding their first summer 2007 meet and car show at Chittenango Falls state park on July 22, 2007. Start time (my guess) would be around 11-12ish, I will keep you guys posted. I know the Albany subie guys are aware of this, but it is open to all cars. I would nice to fill the park up!
Also besides BBQ and the scenery, there are trails to walk around on, and awesome roads, and a good crowd. See the official info below... The Autoshow meet will be held at Chittenango Falls State Park @ Chittenango Falls State Park, Madison County, NY Parking will be included in the price of entry for any cars entering the show. All others must pay $6 at the gate. We have our first sponsors and they have made generous contributions to the cause. Awaiting for some others to join in as well. Shane @ Paranoid Fabrications donated some great "Subaru" WRX or STi Items. TIC (Turn In Concepts) Turn In Concepts donated a box of goodies. Great stuff General Rules 1. NO ALCOHOL (whatsoever) for yours and others "SAFETY" 2. No speeding, racing, wreckless driving in the park or lot, once you leave the gate you must pay to get back in. 3. Everyone must have a good time 4. Entry Fees $20 for 1 car and driver (pre-paid) $4 for each additional passenger for the BBQ Non Competitor Fees $6 for park entry (paid @ the gate) 1 car and driver $4 for each additional passenger for the BBQ No vehicles will be entered into the event the day of, the cutoff for paypal payment will be 17 July. Non competative vehicles will be parked in a seperate area of the lot. This doesnt mean you can't just show up without registering, it just means you may not be able to compete, I guess it will be up to the guys running the show.

Yessss sir, all cars are welcome. Im bringin my slaaaaab. There will be universal part give aways and gift certificates raffled off, tickets given when yo enter.
Yea crappy it lands on waterfest, but its only 10 minutes from my apartment, a fun drive, and dirt cheap.

like I said if you wanna just show up and hang out thats fine, or pre-register for the mini car show and raffles. They have a crap load of sponsership with tons of cool prizes...

We have over 25 registered to show, and guys who say they are comming up, so I am sure it will be a good time.
If you want to show its 20 bucks, which gets you included in the raffles and bbq. If you just want to show up, park and eat I think its like 6 bucks? Check out the site for more information.

I'll likely be showing up(with one passenger) and my friends EJ6(+1 passenger). My EM1 is still a work in progress(lowered, intake, exhaust) so nothing worth showing, but it'll be fun checking out the other cars and of course the BBQ.

Figured I'd do my bump for the week. Show is this sunday, I believe we have over 30 cars registered to show, and at least another 10 to hang out, and bbq. Should be fun too with the weather looking very solid.
They are starting parking show people from 8-10, but everyone else is welcome to show up early or a little later. Parking may get tight later on though, because there are only 65 availible spots at the park tobegin with. The park is letting us cone the hell out of it in hopes that people show up :0 See ya there.
