Here are some pictures of the Shogun exhaust we fabricated here. We had a very limited space to work with(about the size of a small suitcase) and the tubing length of the entire exhaust system is under 4' from the headers...
Anyway, completely scratch built from the collector flanges all the way to the tips, hand formed mufflers(internally baffled), full TIG 321 stainless satin polished afterwards. Made some 7005 baffle inserts to tone it down just a bit more for inspection purposes. Pete fabricated a bumper insert/heat shield from solid fiberglass(black piece) to reduce the thermal damage to the rear bumper and this system gets EXTREMELY hot as we found out from a couple test runs up and down the road. Oh yea, this car is rediculously fast I must say. The owners friend and myself are going to try to convince the owner to allow us to bring this and the Ultima GTR down to LVD some night in the near future for fun. See what this little shit can do.
Enjoy. Lend me your comments.
