I need a camera that doesnt suck ass. My point-and-shoot is great for close ups, but anything more than a few feet away without flash sucks.

my camera's owners guide lacks the 'how to access manual settings' section. I kinda mess with it until it looks okay, but my lack of a tripod is the problem... maybe if i was taking pics of something other than a neon...
