Just got in:
New headgasket.
New Timing Belt.
Misc Gaskets.
And the CT26 manifold kit:


On their way:
Stage 3 clutch (6 puck).
12.5 pound flywheel.

Just have to remove the existing twins so I can grab the manifolds to swaintech along with the CT26 manifold. I just put the engine on the stand, so I should be able to do that tonight.
I was just going over figures in a spreadsheet that I made and I probably won't have everything done till next year, but I am going to try like heck for this year.

The next thing I want to do is get the harness lengthened and get some of the wiring straight, which is going to be a huge PITA! Cheap and something that has to be done, so...

harness shouldn't be too bad though. I did the one in laurens civic and i was all set to do one for the LT1 swap in my impala. should be alright bud just take your time.... thats the key with wiring.

Thanks for the encouragement. Hopefully I will start that this weekend.

I decided to do some surgery and separate the twins... What a pain in the fucking ass!!!! Some people have done a single turbo conversion with the engine in the car! I would like to shake their hand and buy them a beer because that shit is NOT easy with the motor out of the car:






This is what I had to take all that shit apart for:




If anyone else decides to do this swap remove the twins. Its a heavy ass rats nest and they are junk anyways.
