Can you make it so the quick reply function is enabled automatically without having to 'activate' it? I do a lot of my forum posting from my blackberry and it's a pain, it's no easier to quick reply than it is to hit the reply button, not to mention when I hit one of the quick buttons, it quotes that post so I then have to delete it. If it's an option I missed in the cp, feel free to flame me.

I like the quick button because then you can check the quote message box so that it'll quote the message. It shouldn't automatically quote the message when you hit the quick button.

I think the quoting thing is soemthing that my phone does because it doesn't do it from here(my home PC). I posted this with the quick button.

I too think the quick reply box should be enabled without hitting the "quick" button. It isn't any quicker than if I clicked the "reply" button.... so it's kinda pointless the way it's currently setup.

its much quicker than hitting the reply button, as it doesn't require a page load.

I think what he's looking for is for the QR to not need a post to reference for it to be used but still keep the functionality of the QR button on the post.(i.e. roclife)
