Site changes!

Ok we're going to be making some major changes around here, so bear with us and let us know of any issues with the site that may arise...

With that said, what are any things that you guys might want changed while I'm in there mucking things up?

The classified section sucks IMO. Plus it seems that if a moderator/admin post something for sale, that always takes precendence for what is displayed as the last post. (So if people don't use the new post feature, they may miss things that were recently posted)

I agree that the classified section is questionable (maybe it's just cause not many people use it), but I do not follow what you are saying here

Perfect example....I just posted some tires for sale last night, BUT if you go to the main forum page and scroll down to the classified section, it shows your for sale post as the last post made.

That has happened to me every time I have posted. It always shows Mikes or someone elses.

I explained why this happens several times to you lol...

The classifieds system doesn't normally include that "new-posts" feature. I decided to add it, but to keep it working the way it does, that section where the posts are created is locked down. Only mods and admins have the right to post in there (not that we do), so that is why the forum treats it as if we had posted in there.

I've been considering going to back to standard forum section for classifieds anyways, just not sure when that will happen...

I never said that you didn't explain it. I just stated that I don't like the way that it works.

I know my ad is there. Stay on the MAIN forum page, scroll down to where you would click on the classified section. Look to the right, it says you are the last to post. (This is before you click to go to the classified section)
