Terms and Conditions
Sponsors are an important and integral part of RSPEED.ORG and are greatly appreciated. They provide special discounts to members on their products and services and offer a wealth of information in their areas of expertise. RSPEED.ORG offers sponsors a perfect way to reach their target audience at a very reasonable cost. Although one would expect the highest standard of conduct from RSPEED.ORG sponsors, we would like to lay out a few ground rules for all.
Sponsors are required to offer an incentive, discount or exclusive offer on their products or services to paid members of RSPEED.ORG.
When posting on the forum, sponsors are subject to the same rules and conditions as other members except as noted in 3 below.
Sponsors may offer one or more items or services to members in their own forum section.
As RSPEED.ORG gains additional sponsors, several are likely to offer similar products and services. While competition is normally good for the consumer, sponsors are not permitted to make derogatory remarks about other sponsors or their products.
Any sponsor who wishes to become an exclusive sponsor in his area of expertise can do so for an additional $1000 per year.
RSPEED.ORG sponsors are not required to be present at RSPEED.ORG sponsored events such as AUTOFEST, but are encouraged to promote their products and services at these events.
Should a sponsor wish to terminate its participation in the forum for any reason, no sponsorship fees will be refunded.
Should a sponsor violate any rules and conditions of the forum, they will be notified by an admin or moderator and asked to immediately remedy the situation. If the sponsor fails to remedy the situation, the mediator may take any action deemed necessary to do so, which may include expulsion from the forum.
While RSPEED.ORG, and its supporters will do everything they can to help with the success of its sponsors, no guarantee is made for the success of sponsors on RSPEED.ORG
Neither RSPEED.ORG nor its owner, Technotic Media, Inc. is responsible or liable for the actions, services, or products of sponsors.
