Justin: No call from you. I was at OTOOLES.
They played well. Manning through a few to some place I don't know. Exciting first 1/2 really. Atlanta's secondary couldn't hang at all. Boring part of the 1/2 half. Solid win for them.
Looking at the schedule, they have a shot at the division.

Another win against a team they should beat. They are playing really well, theres a big difference between this years team and last year, Im very happy with the way they are playing all wround where last year I was just waiting for it to fall apart. Theyll be 6-2 next week going into the bye then they have a big home game against Dallas, who is losing right now....to the vikings

Giants are blowing teams up and Dallas is barely winning (But winning). Giants defense is looking good but (even I) never thought the running game would be as strong. Looking good. That INT wasn't fair for Manning but whatever.

I know man, there O line is amazing, SO unerrated, there a top 5 line no doubt, they can plug any of those guys in at RB and they can get 100 yards, its awesome. That OSI TD today was amazing.

Vote Osi Umenyioura defensive player of the week for the 2nd time this year. The Giants have had a nominee for this award 4 out of the last 5 weeks, and Umenyioura won it against the Eagles a few weeks back.
NFL.com - Defensive Player of the Week
Also Vote Brandon Jacobs Fedex ground player of the week........YAY!!!!

Well another win today, no one on either team played well, field was so shitty to begin with and it rained the whole day. Jacobs had a decent game and the Giants D held up for the whole game until the TD at the end. Between being in London, a bad field, bad weather I was just glad to see them get out with a win.6-2 going into the bye, then a big game against Dallas in 2 weeks, cant wait.
Oh BTW, the Patriots are fuckin great, there not gonna lose tis year

Cowboys @ G-Men next week.
Tale of the Tape:
Quarterback:
Romo vs Eli
2 young guns trying to break out of the shadows and lead their teams. Romo has been better this season making plays with his arm and legs. Advantage 'Boys.
Running Back:
Jones/Barber III vs Jacobs/Ward/Droughns
2 very good backfields. Both have speed/power combinations with guys that can run card up the middle, around the edges, and can catch passes out of the backfield. Advantage None - Push.
Wide Receivers/TE:
Owens/Crayton/whoever/Whitten in slot vs Burress/Toomer/Smith/Shockey
Both teams have good wideouts with size that can make plays along with TE's that can block on the run/pass and also can run routes and make good solid catches. Again, this is an even matchup. Advantage None - Push
Offensive Line:
Both lines have run and pass blocked well all season and haven't had to fight against injuries. Can't argue one is any better than the other. I'd say Romo's ability to scramble allows the Cowboys line to make mistakes and get away with them, so that earns them the advantage here. Advantage 'Boys
Defensive Line
Both lines have good speed and open holes for the linebackers to stop the run. I have to give the edge here however to teh Giants as they've been playing upfield a LOT and causing all sorts of problems with moving guys around to create mismatches. Advantage G-Men
Linebackers
I don't think either of these teams has outstanding linebacking corps. They're average and do what they're asked. Steady play is key for this group on both sides of the ball. Advantage None - Push
Secondary
Both have had problems stopping the pass this season. The Giants have been better as of late making good early season adjustments and while the Cowboys do have more talent and possess great run stoppers at the safety position in Hamin and Williams they can be beat deep where Plax makes his living. Advantage G-Men
Prediction
If this was in Dallas, I'd give it to the Cowboys. Even though Dallas looked good at Philly, the Eagles failed to play with any heart and have been sputtering this season. I think it will be very difficult for the Cowboys to go into the Meadowlands and manhandle the Giants as they did the Eagles. This is the Giants biggest game all season as it has the potential to put them in the drivers seat in the NFC East. A loss virtually assures that they'll be in a race for a wild card spot. Final Score Cowboys 27 Giants 28 in a nailbiter.

Yeah i agree for the most part. Burress>Owens Witten>Shockey at the moment. The Giants line is playing very well, there a no named squad, they have allowed like 7 or 8 sacks, and they can plug in anyone in at RB and get 100 yards. Should be a really good game
